I am so ready to try this out for my bf. I randomly said "fluffer nutter" lol! He asked me what about a fluffer nutter cupcake. He then asked me to find a peanut butter cupcake recipe as we were conversing bout cupcakes beforehand. I found a different cupcake website that had a recipe for frosting made with fluff. =)

What a bummer! I hate when the cake separates from the liners. Check out (<a href="http://iheartcuppycakes.com/2010/03/02/ask-ihc-7/" rel="nofollow">this</a>) post I wrote when a reader asked me a similar question. Maybe one of the suggestions will work for you. <i>*crossing fingers*</i>

I just had a question. I first made these cupcakes about a week ago and they were wonderful. So much so, that I was requested to make them again, only problem is, its for a birthday party, and the LINERS wont stay on. Is anyone else having this problem? I make LOTs of cupcakes and almost never does this happen to me, so Its unique to this cake recipe. Does anyone have any suggestions that might help me? Is there something i am doing wrong? Something I should try, the cupcakes wont look nice on the display with the liners coming off.

PS: i have made 2 more batches since then just to make sure it wasnt that one time and it still happens. I have tried subbing margerine for the butter as well, it didnt help. :( I really want to make this recipe tho, its soooo yummy!

I made the PB cupcake and it was soooo good. A lot of it didn't make it into the liners. Instead of the chocolate frosting I made a PB frosting and filled the cupcakes with jelly. OMG heaven on a plate!! Thanks so much for the recipe!

I made these cupcakes in December for my boyfriend, who just got back from Iraq. I put chocolate chips in them, no frosting (I had chocolate, but airport security wouldn't let it thru in my carry on bag and I didn't want to frost them right there in the airport) and he loved them. Will be making again tonight for a work party and will post on my blog, with proper credit of course :)

I made butter cream frosting only because I needed quick white frosting. Next time I will do chocolate and white chocolate icing! mmm!!
